About the Role As Cluster Manager, you will oversee two locations within the Southland precinct, ensuring both spaces deliver consistent service, strong operational execution, and high visual standards. Working across a standalone store and concession, you'll bring structure, leadership, and a hands-on mindset to both teams. You will be customer-facing, team-focused, and confident in managing stock flow, replenishment, VM, and store performance.
